Returns and Exchanges

We will be frustrated if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of most new items.

1. Please contact customer service on our website, explaining the item you want to return and why.

2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned together with the original packaging.

3. Drop off your package at your local post office.

4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. We will issue a refund to your Alibaba wallet if we have not been notified otherwise of the refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or picked up to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

1. You have 30 days to decide whether an item is suitable for you, if you want to return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. The following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, grooming and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).

3. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. We will not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with the non-returnable logo and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We will not accept returned items without a proper return request.

6. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns will be at your expense.

7. Please be sure to double check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Alibaba products.

NOTE: Original shipping charges and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

If you wish to return any item to the nearest return address, please contact our Customer Service. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

NOTE: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

NOTE: If you have any questions about a return, you must contact customer support within 180 days of placing your initial order.
