1. General

Ltd., as the operator of the Website and App (as defined below), and alibaba. Ltd. (the "Company"), as the company using the Website and App to sell products to you, collect payment and process your returns (As applicable, "alibabask.com", "we", "us" and "our" shall refer to alibaba. Ltd. or "your" means the user of the Services (as defined below). These Terms Applicable to you on alibabask.com ("Site", including local versions of the Site, such as alibabask.com), any mobile application ("App") that hyperlinks to this Agreement, any connection with SHEIN and its Affiliated entities or other written, electronic and verbal communications owned and operated by us that hyperlink to any website, page, feature or content of this Agreement (including the Website and Apps, collectively, the "Services").
There are other websites that use the alibaback.com trademark and are operated by affiliated entities of the company (“other alibabask.com websites”). If you also visit other alibabask.com websites, there may be terms and conditions of those other alibabask.com websites that apply to you.
By accessing or using the Services in any way, including, but not limited to, accessing or browsing a website, downloading a mobile application, registering an account, or providing content or other materials to the website or on or through the application, you expressly understand, acknowledge and Agree that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by such terms on this website.
